1. Who we are

calculators.coffee is operated by Timberline Coffee School (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our contact email is hello@calculators.coffee.

2. What we collect

• Email address: only if you subscribe to our newsletter. We use Klaviyo to manage email lists.
• Usage analytics: page views and interaction events via Google Analytics (GA4). These are anonymised and aggregated. No personal data is sent to GA4 when you use the calculators.
• Calculator inputs: all calculator math runs in your browser. We do not log, store, or transmit the values you enter into any calculator.

3. How we use your data

• To send the newsletter you subscribed to (email only).
• To understand which calculators are popular so we can build more useful tools.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies for aggregate usage measurement. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Your rights

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link in any email we send. To request deletion of your personal data, email us at hello@calculators.coffee.

6. Data retention

We retain email subscriber data until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ default retention settings (14 months).

7. Third-party services

• Klaviyo: email marketing. Their privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform.
• Google Analytics: aggregate analytics.
• Vercel: hosting and edge network. No personal data is stored by Vercel beyond standard server logs.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page.
